Greeley Book Drive for Bernie’s Books April 8-26! 

 

The Greeley community will once again partner with Bernie's Books to collect new and gently used children's books for ages newborn through 6th grade. Please see below for more details and help us spread the love of reading for all children!

 Greeley Earth Week April 22-25

Join Greeley's Green Team as we work to make our school and community more sustainable during Earth Week! Here are some of the activities we have planned:

Monday, April 22nd: Celebrate our beautiful planet! Pick up any litter you see around Greeley or your neighborhood.

Tuesday, April 23rd: Reduce! No Waste Lunch Day. Pack your lunch in reusable or compostable containers and compost leftovers in the lunchroom.

 

Wednesday, April 24th: Reuse! Create something from recycled materials or bring in bread tags from home for the Bread Tags for Wheelchairs collection. The collection jar is in the office.

 

 

Thursday, April 25th: Recycle! Bring in your used and outgrown shoes rather than putting them in the trash. We're partnering with SWALCO an organization that donates and recycles shoes. Please tie laces together, and deposit in the collection bin in the front office. See the SWALCO flyer below for more information:
